Space Heater/ Anti-Condensation Heater:
Space/anti-condensation heater designed for hydro generators. The heater’s main purpose is to prevent condensation within the generator housing by maintaining the internal temperature 10°C higher than the ambient temperature.
Technical Specifications:
- Rating: The heater is rated at 3 KW, 415 Volts, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 50 Hz AC.
- Construction: The unit is housed in a rectangular perforated sheet stainless steel box with dimensions of 300 x 150 x 600 mm (W x D x L) and includes brackets for wall mounting.
- Heater Elements: It contains nine tubular heater elements, each rated at 333.33 Watts and 240 V±10%. The elements are made of NICOLOY or similar material with a stainless steel outer sheath.
- Temperature: The surface temperature of the heater elements not exceed 250°C.
- Terminal Box: A terminal box is provided on the heater box for electrical connections. All elements are internally star-connected, and the terminal box brings out four terminals plus one earth terminal.
- Indicating Lamp: An indicating lamp is included on the heater cover to automatically show whether the heater is ON or OFF.
