System Overview & Features :-
- Functions as a pressurized nitrogen chamber to maintain oil pressure in piston-type accumulators
- Each cascade (quad) consists of multiple 50-liter capacity nitrogen cylinders, pre-charged between 100 to 150 kg/cm²
- Integrated with:
- Isolating Valves for individual or group shutdown.
- Pressure Gauge for real-time pressure monitoring.
- Safety Valve for overpressure protection.
Construction & Safety:-
- All cylinders mounted horizontally within a sturdy welded steel frame.
- Frame constructed to Gas Cylinder Rules, 1981, with all cylinders properly painted and labeled.
- Free-standing structure with:
- Top-mounted lifting lugs for crane handling.
- Bottom forks for forklift lifting.
- The quad and top frame are reinforced to avoid any structural stress or deformation during lifting operations
