The control panel is designed with a comprehensive dual-circuit layout — one for air and one for oil — along with a robust electrical interface.
Air Circuit Includes:
- Air Filter, Pressure Reducer & Lubricator Unit (FRL) for clean and regulated air supply.
- Solenoid Operated Air Control Valves for remote/automatic operation.
- Manually Operated Air Valves for local/manual override.
- Shut-Off Valves for safe isolation and maintenance.
Oil Circuit Includes:
- Non-Return Valve to prevent backflow and ensure unidirectional oil movement.
- Sludge & Moisture Trap for removing contaminants and enhancing system longevity.
- Oil Tundish for safe oil filling and level monitoring.
- Shut-Off Valves for controlled oil flow and system servicing.
Electrical Circuit Features:
