System Overview
Our FOLS units are skid-mounted, pre-piped, and ready to install. Each system includes the full range of mechanical and instrumentation components required to maintain proper lubrication pressure, flow, and monitoring.

- Oil Reservoir with filler, drain valve, level indicator, breather, and inspection manhole
- Pump Unit (Motor + Pump + Coupling + Guard) mounted on a common base frame
- Filters:
- Suction Strainer on pump inlet
- Return Line Filter (10 or 25 micron) with clogging indicator
- Pressure Gauges with isolation valves
- Valves:
- Pressure Relief Valve
- Non-return Valve
- Isolation Valves on each line
- Piping & Fittings: All interconnections fully assembled
- Electrical Motor: Squirrel cage induction motor, suitable for continuous duty
