Panel Configuration & Scope of Supply
We provide a complete panel set comprising three purpose-built units
1. Protective Circuit Panel
- Designed as per approved protection logic and schematics
- Size: 600mm x 600mm x 250mm ±5%
- One panel per hoist set
- Complete with internal wiring, terminals, and circuit protection devices
2. Protective Circuit Panel
- Controls lifting and lowering functions
- Size: 1000mm x 800mm x 300mm ±5%
- Integrated with contactors, relays, motor protection, and interlocks
- Built for precise hoist operation and overload safety
3. Protective Circuit Panel
- Controls long travel and cross travel movements
- Size: 1000mm x 800mm x 300mm ±5%
- Supports smooth motion transition and system reliability
All panels are fabricated with high-grade CRCA steel, powder-coated for corrosion resistance, and assembled using branded electrical components.

- Upgrading outdated feeder modules (DOL, RDOL, SFU, etc.)
- Enhancing components to meet Type-II coordination
- Replacing old contactors, relays, SFUs, and meters with modern equivalents
- Installation of LED indicators, energy meters, and control wiring
- Structural modifications and vertical extension for additional feeders
- Supply and integration of branded components (Siemens, ABB, L&T, Schneider, etc.)
- Touch-up painting and tagging as per client standards
- Testing & commissioning with final test reports
