Centrifugal blowers, or fans, are among the most efficient and versatile pieces of air moving equipment. The scroll housing in a centrifugal fan accelerates the air and changes the direction of the airflow twice, a full 90 degree, before leaving the housing. Centrifugal blowers are quiet and reliable and are made to operate in a variety of environments and applications. To choose the appropriate blower, you’ll need to know how much pressure is required to reach the desired airflow to move air through the ducting and any filters, dampers or other obstructions in your ventilation system.
Our impeller design includes features such as unique high efficiency, high twist aerofoil section blades. Which are fitted into an aerodynamically optimised hub and clamp plate. Impellers are all Mild Steel sheet fabricated to offer thin aerofoil sections for low generation of noise. Every impeller is statically & dynamically balanced after stress reliving and inspected prior to assembly.
All motors are totally enclosed air stream rated class F insulation. Constructed from aluminium or cast iron as standard, with special flange mounted & foot mounted fixings as required.
